We have a trained team that, through professional advice, state-of-the-art technology, solid ethical principles and psychological empathy, is prepared to successfully address conflicts, whether in the personal or legal sphere.
The alternative methods we apply arise from the need to find new ways to address conflicts in a peaceful manner, seeking satisfactory results for all parties involved.
Alternative justice stands as a tool that facilitates the prevention and resolution of conflicts through agreements, thus avoiding lengthy, costly, and exhausting judicial processes, while at the same time promoting a culture of peace.
According to the United Nations definition (1998, Resolution A/52/13), the culture of peace implies the adoption of values, attitudes and behaviors that reject violence and seek to prevent conflicts by addressing their causes through dialogue and negotiation between individuals, groups and nations.
At Centro Privado #64, we are committed to cultivating this culture through our daily work and our focus on peaceful and consensual solutions.
In compliance with the Alternative Justice Law of the state of Jalisco, we offer alternative methods applicable to the prevention of conflicts in various areas, such as civil, family, commercial, neighborhood and corporate.
These methods can be applied preventively to a wide range of contractual situations, such as lease agreements, purchase and sale promises, debt acknowledgment agreements, among others.
The resulting agreements, endorsed by the Instituto de Justicia Alternativa (IJA), have the status of enforceable judgments, providing an effective way to resolve disputes.

Conflict Resolution
Our alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods are effective tools for the amicable and peaceful resolution of disputes.
Through negotiation, mediation, conciliation and arbitration, our IJA-certified services facilitate the resolution of a variety of conflicts, such as divorce, custody and cohabitation agreements, neighborhood conflicts, INFONAVIT credit restructuring, and more.
This approach, without the intervention of jurisdictional bodies unless necessary, provides flexibility, confidentiality and agility in the execution in case of non-compliance, ensuring that the resulting agreement has the same value as a judgment.

Negotiation
The process of dialogue between the parties, facilitated by our team, seeks to obtain consent for the settlement of the conflict.
Mediation
Through certified mediators, we facilitate communication between the parties in conflict, allowing them to voluntarily reach a solution.
Reconciliation
We intervene to facilitate communication and propose recommendations to help reach an agreement to end the conflict.
Arbitration
Our team, following adversarial procedures, submits the resolution of the dispute to one or more arbitrators.
As a private center, we prevent and resolve conflicts through alternative methods.
In the preventive area, the signing of the alternative method agreement, sanctioned by the IJA, grants the value of an enforceable judgment.
In the resolution of conflicts, mediation or conciliation sessions, together with a Service Provider, lead to agreements embodied in an agreement with equal value as a judgment.
